In a bowl, mix together the idli/dosa batter, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan.
Spread the batter evenly and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the uttapam and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
