In a large bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, onion, carrots, green beans, bell peppers, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and salt.

In a shallow bowl, mix together all-purpose flour and bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Dip each cutlet in the flour-bread crumb mixture and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
