In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place a dumpling wrapper on a flat surface. Place 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal.
Place the momos on a steamer basket and steam for 10-12 minutes.
Serve the steamed momos with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
