Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the parsley, salt, and black pepper and stir to combine.
Add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to combine.
