Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together semolina, plain flour, sugar, butter, curd, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder until well combined.
Add in the chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, dates, figs, apricots, and walnuts and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
Grease a baking sheet with butter and spread the mixture evenly on the sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into slices.
