In a large bowl, mix together the rava, rice flour, all-purpose flour, semolina, yogurt, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add the chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cashew nuts, and coconut. Mix everything together until it forms a thick batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with some oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly.
Cook for a few minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the dosa and cook the other side.
Serve the Rava Masala Dosa hot with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
