Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Unroll puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface.

Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the pineapple mixture.
Roll up the puff pastry sheet, starting from one of the long sides.
Cut the roll into 1-inch slices.
Place the slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
