Soak the green gram, rice, black gram and fenugreek seeds in water for 4-5 hours.
Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients into a fine paste.
Add the cumin seeds, black pepper, ginger, green chillies, salt and coriander leaves to the paste and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of the batter onto it.
Spread the batter evenly and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
