Soak the poha in water for 10 minutes and then drain the water.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.
When the seeds start to crackle, add the peanuts and fry for a few minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Add the poha and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes and then turn off the heat.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
