Soak the Nutrela in warm water for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the chopped tomato and green chilli and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the soaked Nutrela and mix well.
Add the water and salt and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the Nutrela is cooked.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
