Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Add green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.
Add grated coconut and sauté for a few minutes.
Add tamarind paste, jaggery and salt and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is thick and dry.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer the chutney to a bowl and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
