Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add Dalia and roast for 2-3 minutes.
Add peanuts, chana dal, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, curry leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder, sugar and salt.
Mix everything together and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Serve the Namkeen Dalia as a snack or as a side dish. Enjoy!
