Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Add the mutton and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until the mutton is cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
