Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until they become soft.
Add the minced mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder. Fry for a few minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until the mutton is cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
