Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute.
Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and amchur powder. Stir and cook for a minute.
Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add frozen peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cubed paneer and mix well.
Add heavy cream and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
Add salt to taste.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
