In a large bowl, mix together the mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and chopped mint leaves.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat the chicken pieces evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken pieces.
Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the mustard oil chicken with steamed rice or roti. Enjoy!
