Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the moong and chana sprouts.

Step 2:

Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Step 3:

Add the lemon juice, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt to taste.

Step 4:

Mix everything together and serve chilled.
