In a bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour,gram flour, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, oil and salt.
Add water as required and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin rotis.
Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the rotis on both sides until they are golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
