Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Add the chicken and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
