Wash and soak the Basmati Rice for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the Yogurt, Gram Flour, Ghee, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Cashew Nuts, Raisins and Salt.
Heat a pressure cooker and add the mixture.
Cook for 2 whistles and then reduce the heat to low.
Add the soaked Basmati Rice and mix well.
Cook for another 2 whistles and then turn off the heat.
Serve hot with a dollop of Ghee.
