Heat oil in a kadhai or a deep pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli and sauté until the tomatoes are soft.
Add all the dry spices - coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and amchur powder.
Mix everything together and cook for a few minutes.
Add cubed paneer and mix everything together.
Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
Add cream and mix everything together.
Cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
