Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add the gond and fry it until it puffs up. Remove from heat and crush it into small pieces.
In the same ghee, add wheat flour and roast it on low heat till it turns golden brown.
Add sugar and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add crushed gond, mixed dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix everything together.
Let the mixture cool down a bit, then shape it into small balls (ladoos).
Gond Ke Ladoo is ready to eat.
