Soak the white rice, urad dal, poha, and beaten rice in water for at least 4 hours.
Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients into a fine paste.
Add the fenugreek seeds and salt to the batter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan and spread a ladleful of the batter on it.
Drizzle some ghee on the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown.
Flip the dosa and cook the other side until it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
