In a large bowl, mix together the curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Heat the ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with steamed rice or roti. Enjoy!
