Wash and trim the gavar. Cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
When the seeds start to crackle, add the gavar and sauté for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.
Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the gavar is cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
