Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and cilantro. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
