Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Mix everything together and sauté for a few minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and mix everything together.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles.
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and mix everything together.
Serve hot with curd or pickle.
