Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.
Add the green chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, cumin powder and dry mango powder.
Fry for a few minutes and then add the soaked chickpeas.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
