In a blender, add the coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt.
Blend the ingredients until it forms a smooth paste.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the blended paste to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite dish. Enjoy!
