Besan Roti is a type of Indian flatbread made with chickpea flour (besan). It is a popular dish in North India and is usually served with a variety of curries and vegetables. The dough is made with besan, water, and salt and is then rolled out into thin circles and cooked on a hot griddle. Wheat flour may be added to hold the dough together. The roti is usually served hot and can be eaten with pickles, chutneys, and other accompaniments.
