Add the oil and mix until the oil is evenly distributed.
Slowly add water, a little at a time, and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the rolled out puri on the skillet.
Cook until the puri is golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or pickle. Enjoy!
