Alu Pyaz Parantha is an Indian flatbread dish. It is made with a dough of wheat flour, salt, and water, and stuffed with a mixture of potatoes and onions. The dough is rolled out into a thin circle and then filled with the potato and onion mixture. The edges of the circle are then folded over and sealed, and the parantha is then cooked on a hot griddle or tawa. The parantha is served hot with a dollop of butter or ghee, and is often accompanied by curd, chutney or pickles.
