Strawberry Chia Jam

A healthy homemade strawberry chia jam. Pairs perfectly with a slice of toast 🍞🍓
This recipe is a yummy, sugar-free and preservative-less alternative to store-bought jams 🍯

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tap orange zest
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • put strawberries, orange zest, and orange juice in a pot.
  • Simmer and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and mix in chia seeds and honey.
  • Cool, and store in a glass jar for upto a week in the refrigerator.
