Apple, Broccoli, and Red Cabbage Salad
Ingredients:
500 g of cooked chickpeas, 16 g of parsley, 1 whole lime juice and zest, 1 cooked beetroot, 2 tbsp mixed seeds, 1 sliced orange, 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp water, ½ tsp of salt and pepper.
