5 Best Immunity Boosting Drinks

Fresh Haldi and Cinnamon Drink

Ingredients:  2 glasses of water, 1 inch of fresh turmeric, 1 tbsp grounded black pepper, 5-6 tulsi leaves, 1 inch of cinnamon stick, 3-5 pods of cloves, ½ inch of ginger, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of honey.

Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

Ingredients: 2 glasses of water, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, ½ inch grated ginger, 2 tsp of freshly grounded turmeric and 1 tbsp of honey.

Tulsi and Giloy Booster Drink

Ingredients: 2 glasses of water, 5-6 tulsi leaves, 2 tbsp of Giloy juice, 3-5 pods of cloves, ½ inch of grated ginger, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp honey and pinch of black salt.

Cardamom and Mulethi Booster Drink

Ingredients: 2 glasses of water, 1 pod of cardamom, 1 tsp of mulethi, 1 tsp of freshly grounded turmeric powder, 2 tsp of jeera and 1 tbsp of honey.

Ajwain Seed Immunity Booster Drink

Ingredients:  2 glasses of water, 1 tsp of ajwain, 4-5 tulsi leaves and 1 tbsp of honey.
