  • Pomegranate juice: ½ cup (125 ml)
  • Honey or Agave syrup: 1 tbsp
  • Frozen mixed berries (unsweetened): 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Frozen Strawberries (unsweetened): 1 cup (250 ml)

Steps

  • Add all the ingredients together in a blender.
  • Blend the mixture until it gets creamy in texture.

2. Eggless Pancakes with Berries

  • Time: 40 minutes
  • Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Plain flour: 300 g
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Baking soda: ½ tsp
  • Milk: 400 ml
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Mixed Frozen Berries: As preferred
  • Whipped cream: 2 tsp

Steps

  • Mix plain flour, baking powder, sugar, and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
  • Add milk and lemon juice to the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Add the mixed berries to the batter, whisk together and let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
