Hi Hemant, Overconsumption of millets can suppress thyroid function. It is advisable to add other grains in diet along with millets.

We call jolada rotti or bhakri in Kannada, is daily food of North Karnataka. It is very tasty and healthy should be eaten with brinjal curry and junaka.
I have also started eating Jowar ( Sorghum) Bhakri & stop eating wheat chaptis / rotis, I can feel my stomach very light after earing sorghum bhakri, earlier it felt very tight after lunch / dinner by eating wheat chapatis / rotis
