You had a great day, all you meals had the perfect balance of Protein, Fats, Carbs and Fibre; it’s way past mid-night and all you can think of is indulging in a late night snack, and can’t seem to resist that feeling. Don’t give in to your cravings and undo the efforts put at the gym and in your diet during the day, for a moment of delight at night. These healthy late-night snack options will make midnight snacking fun and ensure you stay on track with your diet.
Sure you love French fries when you’re catching up on your favourite TV show’s reruns, but your waistline doesn’t feel the same way about them. Replace fries with baked sweet potato wedges. They’re rich in vitamin A and can enhance calorie burn if you spice them up with some chilli.

Mix hung curd with roasted & crushed garlic, red pepper, a handful of your favourite herbs and season it with a dash of olive oil and salt. Pair it with diced veggies or baked sweet potato chips for a wholesome snack.
