Don’t give in to your cravings and undo the efforts put at the gym and in your diet during the day, for a moment of delight at night. These healthy late-night snack options will make midnight snacking fun and ensure you stay on track with your diet.

#1 Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Sure you love French fries when you’re catching up on your favourite TV show’s reruns, but your waistline doesn’t feel the same way about them. Replace fries with baked sweet potato wedges. They’re rich in vitamin A and can enhance calorie burn if you spice them up with some chilli.
