It’s about focusing on the four cornerstones of life - Diet, Physical Activity, Stress and Sleep, and ensuring that each one of them is well attended to. As a Diet Coach, Shruti intends on helping her clients gain better understanding of the food they eat, and inspire them to make healthy choices day in and day out.
